However, your child needs your help and support to become a little independent person. Learning tasks such as washing their hands and using the toilet on their own, being able to put their shoes on the correct feet and put their coat on by themselves, have manners, be honest and say please and thank you and cover their nose and mouth when they cough or sneeze.
